I'm not saying that it is, but may be worth investigating. No dynamics, no definition, muddy sound. I'm not sure why I can't r;150 the file.
So what I did was attempt to download the driver utility before launching MC4 and allowing it to recopy the application data. The MT2 alone produces a cold sound and the RP adds warmth to it. Rob, it just might turn out that you are right and the RP can't be used as a sound card interface.
And if you're planning to go with mp3 you're definitely wasting your time with 24bit recording. In fact, I think Sigitech probably going down the wrong path, given what I want to achieve.

The specs on the RP say 2 in 2 out, so it indicates a stereo in and out audio thru USB, however i do not know of anyone using the RP to record as a sound card interface. That's great value for money. This also presents some problems with the sound card, at least in my case with the sb live external usb.
What I dislike is the lack of a button - off, and most importantly, it is supplied without CD-ROM and especially without USB cable, but it may be a choice to xeeit propse this Article at a price more than interesting. That IS the whole point I couldn't get my head around it. This device offers you several effects for the price of a good noise gate.
